My initial goal when starting the program was to lose 32 lb. which would put me at 165 lb. I reached that goal in the 14th week, the same week that I had my 50th birthday. Today, I am currently at 154 lb. (11 lb. below my original goal) and I have lost 10 inches from my waistline: from 41 inches to a 31 inch waist.

 

Even more important is the fact that this program helped me to experience a lifestyle change in my eating habits and the types of foods that I am consuming, so this change in by body is not just a short term level but one that will be sustainable for a long period of time. I thoroughly enjoy the types of food that I am now eating and I actually eat more now than when I was at my heaviest weight. The ideas and benefits are innumerable, would take a book!

My percentage of body fat is continuing to drop, not because of any caloric restriction — eating more calories daily now than ever consumed before in my life! The body fat percentage continues to drop only because of the oxygenating bodybuilding, fat burning exercises, and my food feeds only my healthy cells, not my recently shrunk fat cells! Not only am I building cells and a younger, stronger body while simultaneously burning off all my excess fat and stress and aging, but also my flexibility is increasing.

 

This increase in flexibility has led to a marked improvement in my golf game. I definitely have more energy every day and I am able to focus much better in my work as a commodity trader. I am no longer experiencing eye strain and headaches from watching 13 computer monitors all day. I have been enjoying new activities with my increased energy level, such as mountain biking and hiking at high altitudes.

Having experienced altitude sickness on a number of occasions at a young age, I was again astonished during my latest adventure in Colorado by several points. First, without any additional training other than my normal “Zna workouts,” I was astonished at my fitness level at extremely high altitudes (after only working out 4 months on the program’s exercises/athletic training at my very low altitude in North Carolina), I experienced no altitude sickness at all; and second, I was able to hike to the top of a couple of mountains — altitude of 10,000 – 12,000 feet — without needing to stop for rest. It really made me appreciate my regular workouts as I passed many hikers who were half my age that had to stop along the way to rest. Third, although I had never been mountain biking in the mountains before, I experienced no difficulty in navigating the terrain and I’m extremely excited about planning future trips which will incorporate these types of recreational activities.

My decision to participate in the O2 BREAKTHROUGH program was among the best decisions that I have ever made. It has definitely made a tremendous positive impact on my life. Not only did it help me to achieve a high level of fitness and lose 43 lb., but it helped me to change to a much healthier lifestyle. I know that my resting heart rate has dropped to below 50 and I feel as if there are many other positive changes internally in my body.
